See what’s changed
Every change to a hazard, barrier or impairment since the last shift — surfaced, not buried in a report.
See what’s changed. Understand where risk is building. Know who needs to act.
Your operations hub brings hazards, barriers and information from your existing systems into one clear picture of every asset — ready before the morning call.
Explore how an operational priority connects to the asset, its safeguards and the evidence behind the next action.
Clarity connects to the systems that hold your process safety and risk data, brings it together around how your organisation defines risk and what matters to you, and turns it into a clear daily picture across your operation.
Clarity grew from the need to make asset health, barrier performance and operational risk understandable to the people responsible for them.
From the first conversation to product development and delivery, work directly with the people who understand your operation.

Every change to a hazard, barrier or impairment since the last shift — surfaced, not buried in a report.
Individually minor issues that land on the same area are drawn together, so combined exposure is visible before it becomes an event.
Each issue arrives with an owner and the next decision, backed by the evidence that closes it out.
An illustrative Hub concept using fictional records. Views, connections and workflows are agreed around your operation.
One operational view of what has changed, where risk is building and what needs a decision.

Fictional demonstration. The diagram illustrates relationships, not a complete or validated safety case. Source records, barrier definitions and classification rules are agreed for each operation.
A fault, an overdue inspection and a temporary condition may sit in different systems but share one operating context.
This shows evidence relationships for human review. It does not calculate cumulative risk or replace an operational risk assessment.
Events and barrier-performance signals that show where safeguards are weakening, with the supporting evidence.
The inspection, testing, review and follow-up activities intended to sustain barrier performance.
Follow a safety-critical maintenance deferral from the first request to an engineer’s documented decision.
Bring maintenance history, performance standards, affected barriers and previous decisions into one review.
The accountable engineer considers the evidence, combined exposure and required controls.
Capture the rationale, approvals, actions, owners and review dates.
Illustrative demonstration of the intended workflow. Automatic assembly, source coverage, approvals and audit requirements are scoped and validated for each deployment.
Bring an ORA or deferral scenario to your demonstration →Clarity connects to the systems that hold your process safety and risk data, brings it together around how your organisation defines risk and what matters to you, and turns it into a clear daily picture across your operation.
We build, monitor and maintain every connection, so your teams don’t carry the integration burden.
Every organisation defines risk differently. Clarity is set up around your data, your indicators and what matters to you — built to support your processes, not replace them.
Every indicator links back to the record it came from, so the picture holds up under scrutiny.
Where is our exposure across the portfolio — and is it getting better or worse?
Which overlapping impairments need a decision this morning?
What do I need to fix, and what evidence closes it out?
Major accident hazards. Safety and environmental critical elements. Operational risk assessments. Deferrals. Process safety performance indicators.
These are connected parts of an operation. Clarity’s work in oil and gas provides the foundation for bringing them together in a useful daily view.
Clarity develops through regular dialogue with clients and industry professionals, including our user forums. Their operational experience helps guide our priorities. We bring the process safety, software and integration expertise to turn that insight into practical tools.
IOGP Report 456 and API RP 754 are important reference points for process safety performance indicators.
Talk to us about bringing your chosen indicators, thresholds and supporting evidence into Clarity’s operational picture.
Implementation is scoped against your requirements. These references do not imply certification, endorsement or a guarantee of regulatory compliance.
Leading and lagging indicators help teams monitor the safeguards that manage process safety risk.
